  • WHAT ARE ADD-ONS?
    Add Ons are additional services offered as an attachment to a basic service. Add Ons : Inside Oven Cleaning Window Glass Cleaning Inside Disj Wsher Inside Cabinets Inside Wssher and Dryer Changing Bed Linen Inside Refrigerator Cleaning Dish Washing
  • HOW MUCH ARE ADD ONS ?
    Our add ons start at $7.00 and go as high as $500 or more .
  • DOES IT COST MORE TO CLEAN MY BASEBOARDS ?
    We start charging $50.00 every 1000 square foot after 2500. This means if your home is under 2500 square feet we will not charge you extra .
  • CAN THE CLEANER USE MY PRODUCTS?
    Yes, you may provide the cleaner with whatever product that you feel is best to perform the job. We encourage our customers to allow us to clean their property the way they feel comfortable.
  • DOES THE CLEANER TAKE THEIR PRODUCTS ONCE THE JOB IS FINISHED?
    Yes, each cleaner or housekeeper takes their equipment and supplies unless the job requires the opposite.
  • ARE THE MOPS AND TOWELS PREVIOUSLY USED?
    The majority of our products are reusable meaning (can be washed and or sanitized). We do not use the same mops, sponges, brushes, or any other product that can spread germs from property to property. All of our clients receive their own set of clean mops to reduce the spread of germs.
  • WHY WONT THE CLEANER USE A VACUUM CLEANER ?
    We do not use vacuums for homes being lived in. This is to reduce the spread of bed bugs that are known to travel inside vacuums. Therefore all of our vacuums are used to clean vacant homes.
  • HOW DOES PRICING WORK?
    Our prices are calculated by the number of bedrooms and baths also by the condition of your home.
  • WHAT IF THE CLEANER MISSED A SPOT?
    If the cleaner missed a small area or areas in your home such as a trash bin or dusting baseboards for example please sumbit your claim using our online claim form .As a part of the lusso promise we will send you a partial refund no questions asked. If the cleaner missed a larger part of the job such as an add on service, for example, interior oven or window please make your claim by calling us directly for faster results. Please do not wait the next day to sumbit a claim. If photos arent taken and submitted the same day we can not properly resolve the issue.Photos taken outside of the service day are not protected by our promise. For more information please see our policy on Refunds and also the Lusso Promise. Under the lusso promise you may allow the cleaner to return to fix the issue , receive a parial refund or both.
  • WILL I HAVE THE SAME CLEANER?​
    If you are a loyal customer you may request to switch a team member or reduced the number of cleaners in your home. However, if you are not a loyal monthly customer you will not have the same person every time you book.
  • GENERAL REFUNDS
    If you are unhappy with your cleaning in general for any reason with the proper evidence we promise you a partial refund guaranteed as a part of The Lusso Promise. Unfortunately, we can not provide a full refund,this is physical labor unlike purchasing a product.We investagate the issue before any credit is issued the credit and take up to 2-3 days to be approved.
  • $50.00 NON REFUNDABLE CANCELLATION FEE
    All customers who cancel their service will forfeit their $50 deposit which acts as a cancellation fee. The deposit will be billed before your service can be confirmed. Throughtout the years we have had customers cancel jobs without being covered by this policy. As a result our cleaners have lost wages due to lost hours from cancellations. Please remember when you cancel you cut hours but your deposit helps. This charge can not be refunded however if the customer decides to reschedule we will hold the charge and apply it to the new service day. Customer are encoraged to reschule with us to use the deposit towards a new date.However after two weeks days you are not allowed to claim the deposit towards future cleanings . If for any reason we cancel your deposit will be fully refunded the same day.
  • THE LUSSO PROMISE
    The Lusso promise provides customers with a gauranteed credit towards missed spots or late arrivals up to 1 hour after the appiontment time. We gaurantee all customers a partial credit and or a free add on. In all cases our team will return to correct the issue .However if you do not want us to return we will not.   • CAN I GET MY SCREENS CLEANED ALONE?
    Yes, screens cleaning without windows will cost you $10.00 each without window cleaning.
  • HOW DOES LUSSO CLEAN CHARGE FOR WINDOW CLEANING?
    The base price for windows is $15 for the interior alone and $17 for the exterior alone. The cost for both interior and exterior window together is $18.00 Every 4th foot is an additional $10 both ways ( height and width ). Screen cleaning with windows are an additional $5 each window.

  • COMBINDING DISCOUNTS
    All customers are allowed to use two discounts per booking.Two discounts can be applied at checkout to cower the cost of your service. These include military discount, senior discounts , referral codes , and promotional discounts. If you are a loyal recurring custumer you are not allowed to use discounts that are not provided to you. Loyal customers may not provide their discounts to friends or family members. However loyal customers may provide their referral code which offers $10.00 off to the referred customer and 10 points to the Loyal customer. All loyal customers have fixed discounts attached to their accounts and recieve exclusive discounts inside the platform throughout the years. Two discounts can be applied at checkout to cower the cost of your service. These include military discount, senior discounts , referral codes , and promotional discounts.
  • USING SOMEONES REFERRAL CODE
    You may combined the referral code with one additional discount code . Howevevr ,two referral codes can not be combined.
